THANKSGIVING DAY

We were invited to our friends JoDiGus for Thanksgiving Day. Mommy and Daddy had plan to have one at home at first, but we got the date wrong. We thought it was on the 31st! Then just the a day or 2 before Thanksgiving Daddy saw online that it was on the 22nd Thursday. So we were just going to go to a restaurant. Thanks to the JoDiGus(Joe,Heidi and Gus) for invitiing us. We had a great time and great food. BeeBao had fun playing with Oliver and Gus.

SUNDAY

On Sunday, Mommy and Daddy got lots of things done around the house. But we still need a couple of more weeks to unpack. Well maybe a couple of months to really unpack everything!!! Oy, this was the toughest move of them all. Daddy did so much since Mommy was taking care of BeeBao. We are such packrats! I can't believe it! We got rid of so much stuff though and gave them to people that need them and use them. We are simplifying our lives now a days. SIMPLICITY is our favorite word now lately. LESS IS MORE!!! So true so true. We are going to paint the rooms in our house slowly, room by room, month by month. The previous owners here were laywers and they were very conservative! The colors are very desaturated and conservative!!! And we are slowly going to fix our house to our likings, all by ourselves. It's so exciting to finally do whatever we want to with our own home!

Everyweek, we always get emails from family and friends asking us what we did over the weekend or send some more pics of you, BeeBao. We were slow with your blog for awhile. So we try to keep it current every week now to make everyone feel as if they are here with us.

We went for another walk on Sunday late afternoon around our neighborhood. It has been raining all day on and off here. We love it. We visited our new friends Heidi, Joe and Gus down the street from us. They have a really cute house. And we were really surprised when we heard their 10 month old baby Gus talk! He repeated everything they said. It was so cute! He is so cute. When we got home we tried to make you talk. I guess you'll get there soon. But you still warm our heart with your own words and songs. You continue to melt our hearts everyday with every little thing you do. Especially when you put your hands in your droolly mouth and then touch Mommy and Daddy's faces. Only you BEEBAO, only YOU we will let do this to us!

BorisPop: this move has been painful, yet, wonderful, in that we are finally moving into our own house, and not someone elses to help them make their mortgage payments. you will understand this later in life..........hopefully not as long as it took daddy to come to his senses. your mother has been addicted to shows on HGTV, learning how to fix up your home, and it now has passed off on your Dada. Daddy has a lot of friends who have years of construction and home fixer up talent behind them, that he knows he could count on.........but he wants to do it himself. this might make for some "interesting" approaches to modify our home to what we all want to call our own, but at least daddy can say He did it. thank the gods for HGTV, the internet, and the willingness of those who will help your dad over the phone when a remodeling crisis occurs! that second bathroom might just have to be an outhouse nailed to the roof.

OUR SATURDAY 11/17/07

On Saturday morning BeeBao woke up feeling so good. Yeay!!! No more cold and stuffy nose! BeeBao was feeling better a couple of days ago but we wanted to make sure you are 100% out of the woods with the cold. So this make Daddy and Mommy very happy.

We decided yes it is time for the 3 of us to walk down the street and go to the last Saturday Farmers Market to get our produce and breakfast. It was raining outside. It took us nearly 30 minutes to find Daddy an extra umbrella. We found 2 and they were both broken. So Daddy put on his snowboarding jacket instead! Heehee. And look who we bumped into on the way! AaaaahOooooh!!!
WHOAAAAAA!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

There were many kids, people and dogs walking around. Mommy and Daddy love the rain around here. It was a nice weather for us outside. We love the smell of it and breath in refreshing air. Oh on the way there we saw tons of kids going into a building. We followed them and discovered the coolest kids gym. I think it's for walking babies and kids from 10 months old thru 12 years old. The nice lady gave us a tour. We will definitely bring you there in a few months. You will be up and walking pretty soon. Lately you have been trying to crawl and you like to hang on to things standing up.

On the way back we went to the fish store. Whenever we go to the fish store Daddy and Mommy always pretend as if we were going to get a fish tank and some fishyssss. Like "Oh this fish tank would look cool in BeeBao's room and these fishys are cool looking!" We say that infront of people who work there. It won't happen for a while but it's fun pretending. Heehee...

It was a nice walk back. Lots of colorful leaves on the ground and lots bright color trees. Yea, there are names for them, but we don't know what they are. We will ask around.

We are infront of one our neighbors' house. They like to plant interesting looking plants and flowers in their front yard.
The purple berries looking plant looks cool. We didn't really let you touch it.

We took a lot of fun interesting pictures. BeeBao enjoyed looking at our reflection in this puddle infront of our house.

Our neighbor across the street threw a party for their 2 months baby Eric. We were invited. We met a lot of cool people and cool neighbors. Some people have been living in this neighborhood for more than 15 years or longer. We found out a lot about our house and previous owners. The original owner of our house way back had a garage band and there were a lot of parties thrown here. We also found out that the previous owners were really into gardening and keeping the yard nice. It's a good thing. Everyone was so warm and nice! BeeBao had fun playing with the kids.

Here's BeeBao and baby Eric. He has lots of hair!

What a fun day we had! BeeBao and Daddy hug and kiss before bedtime.

BEEBAO'S FIRST COLD!!!

BeeBao is still as happy as he can be with being sick. Stuffy nose, cough cough. We didn't go outside for a week! It's getting colder and people are sick everywhere. Mommy got sick last week. Thanks to our neighbor. BeeBao is sick this week. We just hung out at home, play games and lots of hugs and kisses. Next week we'll have lots of playdates!
BorisPop: and here i thought your not having a runny nose for the first 8 months of life meant you just were never going
to have them, and gross dada out. but you know what......? yer just like everybody else, and ya get em, to my rude awakening that you're just not as imune to the little nasties that float through the atmosphere as i had fantisized. but thats alright, BeeBao, when its your own son with a gooey river running from his nose, you tend to love it all anyhoo. and by the way....you clearly handle illness like your mamma.......be happy about the fact that you dont turn into a helpless whiner like your beloved papa.

BEEBAO'S TOOTH!!!

It's so cute whenever BeeBao smile and show off your one toothy!!!

OUR TREES!!!

Here's BeeBao with our little tree infront of our house.

We have 2 big windows infront of our house so BeeBao loves looking at the trees and cars or people passing by.

We're gonna watch this little tree grow!

Aaah Daddy has lots of leaves to rake. He said he enjoys it and bought a pretty "RAD LEAVES RAKE". Heehee...
A man came to our door and asked us if he can rake our leaves for $10. We said OK. BeeBao was eyeing him making sure he rakes all the leaves!

We had a wind storm the other day. It blew away all the leaves off the trees!!!!! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!

BEEBAO 1ST HALLOWEEN!!!

Mommy and BeeBao at Baby and Mommy group. We go there almost every Wednesday afternoon. Mommy has gotten a lot of tips about taking care of BeeBao. It's Mommy support group and BeeBao gets to see and play with other babies. We have fun there.

BeeBao was a Tigerrr!!!

In the evening we met up with Jonah and his parents at one of our favorite pizza restaurants and local pub, Laurelwood. BeeBao was a BEE!!! Jonah was a skeleton.

We met Gus and his parents. He was a little Punk Rock baby.

We all went Trick O Treating in our neighborhood. People really do it up here on Halloween. Our street were packed with kids. We met most of our neighbors. Most of the family have little kids. So we were happy to see them. BeeBao will grow up with lots of neighborhood friends. Also some invited us for dinner. We were surprised and happy at how friendly the neighbors were.

BeeBao wasn't at all scared with all the scary costumes. We were out passed your bedtime and you were really into it. OK, Mommy and Daddy was really into it too. And excited that we can go trick o treating again every year. Next year the whole family will dress up! We'll make something cool!

This house was a little scary and this man was totally in character. Creeepeeeeeeee!!!

Mommy got scared when this man popped up from the table and started talking to us.
