SUNDAY

On Sunday, Mommy and Daddy got lots of things done around the house. But we still need a couple of more weeks to unpack. Well maybe a couple of months to really unpack everything!!! Oy, this was the toughest move of them all. Daddy did so much since Mommy was taking care of BeeBao. We are such packrats! I can't believe it! We got rid of so much stuff though and gave them to people that need them and use them. We are simplifying our lives now a days. SIMPLICITY is our favorite word now lately. LESS IS MORE!!! So true so true. We are going to paint the rooms in our house slowly, room by room, month by month. The previous owners here were laywers and they were very conservative! The colors are very desaturated and conservative!!! And we are slowly going to fix our house to our likings, all by ourselves. It's so exciting to finally do whatever we want to with our own home!

Everyweek, we always get emails from family and friends asking us what we did over the weekend or send some more pics of you, BeeBao. We were slow with your blog for awhile. So we try to keep it current every week now to make everyone feel as if they are here with us.

We went for another walk on Sunday late afternoon around our neighborhood. It has been raining all day on and off here. We love it. We visited our new friends Heidi, Joe and Gus down the street from us. They have a really cute house. And we were really surprised when we heard their 10 month old baby Gus talk! He repeated everything they said. It was so cute! He is so cute. When we got home we tried to make you talk. I guess you'll get there soon. But you still warm our heart with your own words and songs. You continue to melt our hearts everyday with every little thing you do. Especially when you put your hands in your droolly mouth and then touch Mommy and Daddy's faces. Only you BEEBAO, only YOU we will let do this to us!

BorisPop: this move has been painful, yet, wonderful, in that we are finally moving into our own house, and not someone elses to help them make their mortgage payments. you will understand this later in life..........hopefully not as long as it took daddy to come to his senses. your mother has been addicted to shows on HGTV, learning how to fix up your home, and it now has passed off on your Dada. Daddy has a lot of friends who have years of construction and home fixer up talent behind them, that he knows he could count on.........but he wants to do it himself. this might make for some "interesting" approaches to modify our home to what we all want to call our own, but at least daddy can say He did it. thank the gods for HGTV, the internet, and the willingness of those who will help your dad over the phone when a remodeling crisis occurs! that second bathroom might just have to be an outhouse nailed to the roof.
